WILDWOOD – The Wildwood Holiday Stocking event, a long-time tradition throughout the five mile island, took place Dec. 20. Sponsored by the Holly Beach Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Wildwood Fire Company No. 1 and City of Wildwood Career Firefighters, more than 1,000 stockings were distributed to children. Firefighters, along with Santa, visited local schools.
