UPDATE: Woodbine Christmas Parade Winners Listed

WOODBINE — The borough hosted many neighboring fire companies and organizations at its Christmas parade Dec. 22.
Santa and Mrs. Claus brought holiday cheer to boys and girls.
Mayor William Pikolycky congratulated the trophy winners from Woodbine’s 2012 annual holiday parade, which had over 25 groups participating.
Trophies were awarded for:
Best Appearing Fire Company: First place, Dennis Township Volunteer Fire Company; second place, Goshen Volunteer Fire Company
Best Appearing Rescue: First place, Middle Township Ambulance Corps, second place, Belleplain Emergency Corps
Best Float: First place, Middle Township Ambulance Corps; second place, Dennis Township Volunteer Fire Company
Best Marching Unit: First place, Woodbine Elementary School band.
“I thank our volunteer fire department for sponsoring this event, for providing refreshments, as well as many thanks for providing the presents for Santa to distribute,” added Pikolycky. “Hope to see everyone there again next year,
as our live Christmas tree grows.”
