WILDWOOD – The Wildwoods kicked off the 2012 holiday season with its annual Jaycees Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting Ceremony and Family Holiday Celebration on Dec. 7 and Dec. 8.
The Wildwoods Family Holiday Celebration kicked off with the Greater Wildwood Jaycees Christmas Parade. The fun continued outside the Wildwoods Convention Center with another annual tradition, the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. After the tree lighting ceremony, festivities continued inside the Convention Center with a Holiday Shopping Bazaar that featured holiday-themed crafters offering unique, one-of-a-kind gift items. A day full of shopping, crafts, face painting, local school children’s choruses & band performances, music, gymnastics & cheer performances, a magician, free holiday movies with free popcorn and a special visit from Santa Claus followed the next day.
