SEA ISLE CITY — Much to the delight of more than 100 children and their parents, Sea Isle City’s Division of Recreation hosted the resort’s annual Easter Program at Dealy Field on April 9. The popular event featured face painters, “Bunny Hop” sack races, and visits with the Easter Bunny. There were also several egg hunts, which included candy and other treats – as well as the search for special golden eggs that were redeemable for prizes.
The yearly Easter Program is, for many, a sign that spring has officially arrived and that the summer season will soon be here. With a long list of family-friendly activities planned in the weeks and months ahead, parents are advised to mark their calendars now so not to miss any of the events taking place in Sea Isle City during 2014.
