Halloween Costume Parade
Lower Township’s Annual Halloween Costume Parade will be held on Oct. 20 2012 at the Historic Cold Spring Village beginning at 12 noon sharp! Registration will begin on Oct. 13, 2012 at the Lower Township Recreation Center, at 2600 Bayshore Rd. Villas, NJ between 9:00am-9:00pm on weekdays, Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00-5:00 p.m. Age Groups are as follows: 2 yrs & under, 3 yrs-5 yrs, 6 yrs-8 yrs, 9 yrs- 12 yrs and Group/Family or Float. Haunted Trails
