COURT HOUSE – Students from Dance Dynamics of Seaville, including several youngsters from Sea Isle City, performed a series of dance routines during a special holiday presentation at the Middle Township Performing Arts Center Dec. 5. The show, titled “Come Let Us Adore Him,” entertained a sold-out audience of family members, friends and other local residents. During the production, dancers ranging in age from 2 to 18 kicked-up their heels to a variety of holiday classics, including “Jingle Bell Rock,” “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas,” “Carol of the Bells” and “Oh, Come, All Ye Faithful.”
During the show’s intermission, a video featuring the faces of United States military personnel rolled across a screen as the song “We Will Miss You This Christmas” filled the air and brought tears to many eyes. Afterwards, Mary Beth Clark, the owner and director of Dance Dynamics, asked all audience members who are either in the military or who currently have loved ones serving in uniform to stand for a round of applause.
Commander Corey Bonheim from the United States Coast Guard facility in Cape May led everyone in prayer for our nation’s troops. Audience members also purchased raffle tickets that raised funds for Matt’s Stocking, an organization that purchases Christmas gifts for children in need. Additional funds were also raised for The Free Meal Center in Burleigh through the sale of refreshments.
Cape May County – Erma on John Kerry. Those are only his latest antics, when people really dig in they’ll see how bad he really is. He’s made a living off of the blood sweat and tears of America for far, far too long…
