‘Give a Tree’ at North End Thrift

By Press Release

We have all heard that it is better to give than to receive. A simple act of kindness can bring so much joy.
It would be wonderful to have more peace, love and happiness in life. I am grateful for all that I have — my family, friends, health and my businesses. I haven’t always been in the position to give.
I have known hard times and know that holidays can be especially difficult. This holiday I want to find ways to give.
I opened North End Thrift last March, and this holiday season we will be selling fresh cut Fraiser Fir Christmas trees. I am starting the “Give a Christmas Tree Program” at my shop — North End Thrift in the Villas.
For every tree donated, North End Thrift will match that donation in hopes to reach our goal of 100 trees for local families in need. Come in and buy a tree certificate for $40, which can be used to pick any tree on the lot.
These certificates will be given to churches and organizations to be given away to local families. You can personalize the certificate with your holiday wish, and when the certificate is used, it will be displayed on our wall with a message from the family who received the tree.
For more information, visit North End Thrift, 901 Bayshore Rd., Villas, or call 609-770-8790.
