COURT HOUSE – It was a day of eggtraordinary fun as hundreds of children converged at the County Zoo to meet the Easter Bunny.
The March 23 event was the tenth time the zoo celebrated the official start of every child’s Spring – the appearance of the bunny.
Lines of children with parents in tow snaked down pathways leading to the Reptile House where the Easter Bunny held court. In addition to the meet and greet, children were able to make a frame commemorating their visit. For those pondering the age old question of “which came first, the chicken or the egg?”, a Frizzle chicken named Ugg was also in attendance.
