COURT HOUSE – Wee ghosts, goblins, cowgirls, pirates and other assorted masquerading youngsters will be out en masse on Oct. 31.
Since it is Halloween, it’s also “official” night to go door to door for Trick or Treat night. That means safely wrapped candy or other goodies will be given to those legions of little ones.
