Senator Lauds Governor for Urging Out-of-State Visitors to Stay Home from Jersey Shore

Sen. Michael Testa (R-1st)

By Press Release

COURT HOUSE – The District One Office of Sen. Michael Testa (R-1st) has been in constant contact with the Office of the Governor.
According to a release, “This morning (March 21) we requested that Gov. Murphy include in his remarks today an emphatic call for non-year-round residents to stay away from the Jersey Shore.
We want to thank the governor for his strong message, calling on out-of-state visitors to stay home and for all of us to shelter in our primary residences.
We must act responsibly now to minimize the impact of the virus. The more serious we take these measures, the sooner we can all be back on the beach together,” according to Timothy Donohue, deputy chief of staff.
