Red Cross Blood Drives Set

COURT HOUSE – The Cape May County Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold the following local blood drives:
Mon. Nov. 28 Crest Haven Nursing Home, 12 Moore Road, Recreation Room, first floor, Court House, 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Mon., Nov. 28 Church of the Resurrection, 200 W. Tuckahoe Road, Church Hall, first floor, Marmora, 2– 8 p.m.
SCU – bus (platelet donations) Cape Regional Medical Center, Court House, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wed., Nov. 30, Burke Motor Group, 227 Bayberry Drive, Showroom – first floor, Court House, 9 a.m – 2 p.m.
Fri., Dec. 2, ASCU – bus (whole blood donations) Lowe’s Home Improvement, 3171 Route 9 South, Rio Grande, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The American Red Cross is in urgent need of platelets. If you have donated Platelets in the past and are eligible, we are asking you to please schedule a donation appointment today. Platelets only last five days after your donation and cannot be frozen.
Because of this urgent need for platelets, as a token of appreciation for your time and dedication all presenting platelet donors who schedule an appointment and keep it on a Friday now through Jan. 8, will receive a $10 Dunkin Donuts gift card.
