A new option for seniors who still want to be independent but every day brings new challenges. Some days are just harder than others and we are there to make life easier for our residents with support and love.
We offer families peace of mind knowing that their loved one is not home alone struggling with daily activities and the anxiety of their safety and medications being taken on time and correctly. Our small setting offers continuous one-on-one stimulation with our residents.
The Sea House is a private home on a beautifully landscaped property overlooking the bay with peace, quiet and exceptional sunsets. We advocate dignity, individuality and self-respect for all our residents. Since we are a 2,200 square foot private home all residents have their own bedroom with cable TV and share the living room, dinning room and kitchen.
Our goal is to offer support and solutions for every individual situation. We work intensively with residents and their families to help encourage residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so that they can live as independently as possible for as long as they can in a family setting.
The Sea House offers: 24-hour care, daily assisted bathing and dressing, three home cooked meals daily, snacks throughout, daily exercise, medicine assistance, day trips, hair salon (including cuts, dyes and perms) manicures and pedicures, laundry service, cleaning service, transportation (doctors, shopping, banking, church, organization meetings).
All services are included in our monthly fee. Since the Sea House is a private residential care home, we do not require any financial information on the residents assets such as property, investments, savings accounts, CD’s and life insurance their life savings remain theirs and their families.
As owner and operator of The Sea House I have learned first hand how hard of a decision it is for families to find the best solution for their loved ones. I have been a caregiver for over 25 years to many family members and friends.
I have experience in diabetes, hip and knee replacements, at home kidney dialysis, lupus, arthritis, at home anti-biotic IV, dementia, shingles, panic disorders and more.
