COURT HOUSE – For the second Friday in a row, April 3, Middle Township neighbors will head out to their respective porches for some much-needed socializing.
According to a release, but on April 3 at 6 p.m., they’ll also watch for a passing parade of ambulances and fire trucks as the township celebrates “First Responder Friday.”
A flier promoting the event urges neighbors to “get back on our porches.”
Children are encouraged to create signs that greet the first responders as they pass, while adults are invited to raise a glass to the police, EMS workers, and firefighters – including many volunteers – who put themselves at risk to keep Middle Township safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
