VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services of the Diocese of Camden will hold a Healthy Aging and Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Haven House, 676 Town Bank Rd., North Cape May.
The focus of the fair is to promote healthy aging and wellness through information and screenings, with a goal of helping seniors attain the highest quality of health, wellness and independence.
Representatives from a variety of organizations will provide valuable information, resources and screenings. Flu shots will be available as well as hearing, blood pressure, heart risk and BMI screenings. Speakers from health care providers will present important health information on topics such as nutrition, advance directives, medications and resilience in aging. There will be entertainment and refreshments. The fair is free and open to the public, and will be held rain or shine.
