Free Telephone Reassurance Program Offered

COURT HOUSE — Do you know an older adult or a person living with a disability? Do you know someone who is living alone? CONTACT Cape-Atlantic makes free daily telephone calls to check in and make sure there are no medical emergencies. The goal of the service is to help individuals continue living at home for as long as possible.
