Extension Holds a Celebration of the Harvest

COURT HOUSE -– Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County will offer Bringing Vegetables to the Table: A Celebration of the Harvest on Thur., Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon.
This program is sponsored by the Family and Community Health Sciences Department. It will be held at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Building located at 355 Courthouse-South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House. (Turn at the light at ACCC, it is the first building on the right). The building is handicap accessible.
This program is open to the general public. The presentation will demonstrate and explore the many ways to prepare and enjoy the bounty of healthful vegetables that autumn provides with a focus on the vegetables of New Jersey. A unique tasting component with recipes will be included, with emphasis on the specific health benefits of vegetables.
