RIO GRANDE — Cooperative Care will be offering a free support group for new moms who are experiencing post-partum depression and moms of older children who are experiencing depressive symptoms that are affecting the bonding with their child and/or children.
Mothers with depression often deal with feelings of hopelessness, feelings of being a bad mother, lack of support from others. A supportive group is an effective way to deal with these feelings and to get help.
