CAPE MAY — CONTACT Cape-Atlantic invites everyone to say goodbye to the long, hot summer of -2010 at its Wine Tasting & Silent Auction Fri., Sept. 24, at the Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St. in Cape May.
The event will be held in the Carriage House from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and includes a wide selection of fine wines and beers, butler-served hors d’oeuvres and dining stations for international cheeses, duck confit and beef brisket sliders, Asian slaw, pasta with roasted vegetables and more. Seats are $50.
The Wine Tasting is a necessary fundraiser to support CONTACT’s mission to help our elderly and disabled neighbors enjoy independent living as long as possible. This year, when funding is being greatly reduced, the money raised at the event will help CONTACT continue its mission.
