SOMERS POINT —CONTACT Cape-Atlantic will sponsor a Quizzo Tournament Fri., July 23, 6:30 p.m. at Hibiscus Island Grill, 101 E. Maryland Avenue.
This is a game show style trivia competition that began in Philadelphia in the 90’s.
It consists of eight rounds of trivia questions, everything from sports, literature, music, politics, history, etc., to include picture rounds, where you have to name the person in the photos on a page. Players can play alone or bring a team of experts. Fun for all!
Cost is a $10 donation at the door, cash bar. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. Reservations are strongly suggested, as our last Quizzo sold out. Call Ann Magee at 823-1850 or 463-4564 to sign-up for this night of Quizzo.
