CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Meet new friends and climb to new heights as you join Cape Regional’s Type 1 Diabetes Support Group at the Katz Jewish Community Center Rock Climbing Wall Event on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 from 1 to 3 p.m. The support group is open to all patients ages 21 and younger; all minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
Due to limited space, reservations are required and the cost is free. Please call Cape Regional’s Diabetes Center at (609) 463-2547 to make a reservation. The Katz JCC is located at 501 North Jerome Ave., Margate, NJ 08402.
