CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Medical Center has announced the expansion of their Diabetes Centers of Excellence to a second location in Marmora, NJ.
The new Center is located in the Hope Medical Commons, 210 S. Shore Road, Marmora and is staffed by an exceptional team of Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Dietitians, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and a Doctor of Pharmacy. Both the Cape May Court House and Marmora Centers offer day and evening classes and most insurances are accepted.
“Our Diabetes Centers of Excellence are certified by the Joint Commission in Advanced Inpatient Diabetes Care and are recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Diabetes Self-Management Education,” stated Cindy Kraemer, BSN, CDE, PRNC, Diabetes Centers Manager. “Our second center will provide an added level of convenience and service to our patients.”
