Cape Regional Health System Now Accepting Aetna Insurance

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Aetna and Cape Regional Health System announced that they have reached agreement on a new three-year contract that took effect on Jan. 1, 2016.
Under the contract, members of Aetna’s commercial and Medicare Advantage plans will be able to receive covered benefits at in-network rates from Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape Radiology, Cape Regional Urgent Care, Cape Regional Physical Therapy and from physicians employed by Cape Regional Physician Associates.
“Cape Regional Health System is pleased to announce that effective Jan. 1, 2016, the Health System is now accepting and is in-network for Aetna HMO/Commercial, Aetna Medicare and Aetna Better Health (Medicaid) insurances,” stated Mark Gill, Chief Financial Officer, Cape Regional Health System. “Cape Regional is excited to partner with Aetna to serve our residents and visitors who participate with Aetna.”
“Aetna is very pleased to have secured a new agreement with Cape Regional Medical Center,” said Michael Costa, head of Aetna’s operations in New Jersey. “This is good news for our members in Southern New Jersey. We strive to offer our members broad access to quality facilities and physicians, and we’re glad Cape Regional will be part of that effort.”
Cape Regional Medical Center is a member of the Penn Cancer Network and an affiliate of Penn Medicine for Cancer Care, Cardiac Care and Vascular Care.
