Free Blood Pressure Screening
Cape Regional Health System will offer free blood pressure screenings from 9 a.m. to noon on Fridays, Dec. 7 and 21 in the Outpatient South Lobby. Call (609) 463-4043 for more information.
AA Support Groups
AA Support Group meets Sundays, Dec. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 10 a.m. in Classrooms A & B. The AA Support Group meets Mondays, Dec. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 at 7 p.m. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4. AA meets Wednesdays, Dec. 5, 12, 19 and 26 in Rooms 3 & 4 at 8:30 p.m. New members are welcome. Please call (609) 463-4043 for more information. 
Al Anon Support Groups
Al Anon Support Group meets Sundays, Dec. 2, 9, 1, 23 and 30 at 10 a.m. in Conference room 5, and Mondays, Dec. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 at 7 p.m. in Conference room 5.
Grief Support Group
Cape Regional Health System’s Grief Support Group will meet on Wednesdays, Dec. 5 and 19 at 3 p.m. in the Maruchi Room. New members are welcome. Call (609) 463-4043 for more information.
Diabetes Management Series
This is a comprehensive eight-hour program on diabetes management techniques, including education, meal planning, medications, exercise and blood-glucose monitoring.  This class series will be held at the Medical Center on Fridays, Dec. 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Classrooms A & B. Diabetic Support Group
This is a support group with changing diabetes related topics. This meeting is Thursday, Dec. 13 at 12 noon in classrooms A & B.
CPR Certification
CPR certification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Saturday, Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Classrooms A & B. The fee is $65 for class and $80 for class and manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call (609) 463-4043.
CPR Recertification
CPR recertification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Thursday, Dec. 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Classrooms A & B. The fee is $45 for class and $60 for class and manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call (609) 463-4043.
Breast Cancer Support Group
This is a support group for those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those who are survivors of breast cancer and their families. The group will meet in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
This is a group meeting in Cape May County to provide education and support for both newly diagnosed as well as treated prostate cancer survivors. This group will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center. Please call (609) 463-4043 for more information.
Bariatric Support Group
The Bariatric support group will meet on Wednesday, Dec. 5  for those seeking information for bariatric surgery. The meeting will be held at 223 N. Main St. in Cape May Court House at 6:30 p.m. New members are welcome. For more information, please call (609) 463-1488.
Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
This group will meet at Cape Regional Medical Center on Fridays, Dec. 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 7 p.m. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4.
Pain Management Support Group
The Pain Management Support Group will be held on Monday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at Cape Regional Medical Center. This is a support group for those experiencing chronic pain in their lives. Please call (609) 463-4043 for more information.
Caregiver Support Group
This group is for anyone caring for a friend or family member. The meeting will be Tuesday, Dec. 4 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Maruchi room. For more information, please call (609) 463-4043.
