Free Blood Pressure Screening
Cape Regional Health System will offer free blood pressure screenings from 9 a.m. to noon, on Fridays, August 4 and 18 in the Outpatient South Lobby. Call 463-4043 for more information.
AA and AlAnon Support Groups
AA and AlAnon Support Groups meet Sundays, August 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 10 a.m. in Classrooms A & B & 3 & 4. The AA and AlAnon Groups meet Mondays, August 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 7 p.m. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4 & 5. AA meets Wednesdays, August 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 in Rooms 3 & 4 at 8:30 p.m. New members are welcome. Please call 463-4043 for more information. 
Grief Support Group
Cape Regional Health System’s Grief Support Group will meet on Wednesdays, August 2 and 16 at 3 p.m. in the Maruchi Room. New members are welcome. Call 463-4043 for more information.
Caregiver Support Group
This group is for anyone who is caring for a friend or family member. The meeting will be Tuesday, August 1 at 1 p.m. in the Maruchi Room. For more information, please call Bonnie Kratzer at 463-4043.
Diabetes Management Series
This is a comprehensive eight-hour program on diabetes management techniques, including education, meal planning, medications, exercise and blood-glucose monitoring.  This class series will be held at the Medical Center on Tuesdays, August 1, 8, 15 and 22 in Classrooms A & B.  Fee and registration – please call Florence Smith at 463-2547.   
Diabetes Support Group
This is a support group meeting with changing diabetes related topics. The meeting is Thursday, August 10 at 2 p.m. in Classrooms A & B.
CPR Certification
CPR certification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Saturday, August 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Classrooms A & B.  The fee is $80 which includes manual; $65 without a manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 463-4043.
CPR Recertification
CPR recertification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Thursday, August 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. in Classrooms A & B. The fee is $45 for class and $60 for class and manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 463-4043.
Breast Cancer Support Group
This is a support group for those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those who are survivors of breast cancer and their families. The group will meet in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, August 8 at 2 p.m.
Prostate Cancer Support Group
This is a group meeting in Cape May County to provide education and support for both newly diagnosed as well as treated prostate cancer survivors. This group will meet on Tuesday, August 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center. Please call 463-4043 for more information.
Bariatric Support Group
The Bariatric support group will meet on Wednesday, August 2 for those seeking information for bariatric surgery. The meeting will be held at 223 N. Main St. in Cape May Court House at 6:30 p.m. New members are welcome. For more information, please call 463-1488.

Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
This group will meet at Cape Regional Medical Center on Fridays, August 4, 11, 18 and 25 at 7 p.m. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4.
