AA and AlAnon Support Groups meet Sundays, August 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 10 a.m. in Classrooms A, B, 3 and 4. The AA and AlAnon Groups meet Mondays, August 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 at 7 p.m. in Conference Rooms 3, 4, and 5. Diabetes Management Series
This is a comprehensive 8-hour program on diabetes management techniques, including education, meal planning, medications, exercise and blood-glucose monitoring. CPR Certification
CPR certification will be offered at Cape Regional Medical Center on Saturday, August 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Classrooms A and B. The fee is $65 for class and $80 for class and manual. Pre-registration is required. Please call 463-4043.

Breast Cancer Support Group
This is a support group for those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, those who are survivors of breast cancer and their families. The group will meet in the Maruchi Room at Cape Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, August 19 at 2 p.m.
