CAPE MAY – The City of Cape May Recreation Department is offering a new class in their Fitness lineup, Circuit Training Workout. Burn 30 percent more calories with short bursts of resistance exercises using frequent repetition geared for general fitness and ideal for athletes of all ages. Males & females ages 12 and over are welcome.
Class will be held Mon., & Wed., 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Instructor Linda Thomas will motivate you to get moving this winter at the Franklin Street Civic Center.
