Birth Made Simple Childbirth Preparation Classes Begin Sept. 20 at Cape Regional Medical Center

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – The four-week series will explore the journey through labor and birth, options for pain relief, relaxation and breathing, cesarean birth, and nurturing your new baby.
Preparing for your baby’s birth is an exciting time. Cape Regional Medical Center can assist expectant mothers and fathers in getting started. Knowing what to expect and the options available during labor and birth will reduce anxiety and make the transition to parenthood easier.
When: Best to sign up by 28th week of pregnancy
Where: Cape Regional Medical Center
Time: 6 to 8 p.m.
Cost: $70
