Birth Made Simple Childbirth Preparation Classes Begin April at Cape Regional Medical Center

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE –This course will explore the journey through labor and birth, options for pain relief, relaxation and breathing, cesarean birth and nurturing your new baby.
Preparing for your baby’s birth is an exciting time. Cape Regional Medical Center can assist expectant mothers and fathers in getting started. Knowing what to expect and the options available during labor and birth will reduce anxiety and make transition to parenthood easier.
The next classes will be held on Tuesday evenings April 18 and 25 from 6 to 8 p.m.. Pre-registration is required; please contact the Center for Lifestyle Management at (609) 463-4043. Space is limited, so please register early!
