CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – The four-week series will explore the journey through labor and birth, options for pain relief, relaxation and breathing, cesarean birth, and nurturing your new baby through breastfeeding, postpartum and newborn care.
Preparing for your baby’s birth is an exciting time. Cape Regional Health System can assist expectant mothers and fathers in getting started. Knowing what to expect and the options available during labor and birth will reduce anxiety and make transition to parenthood easier.
