AtlantiCare Hospice invites the community to honor a loved one by purchasing a personalized engraved brick for the AtlantiCare Hospice Celebration of Life Walk. The brick-laden path is designed to give the community, family and friends the opportunity to honor, remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones. The walk is located at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Mainland Campus, Pomona, New Jersey. Proceeds of brick purchases benefit programs and services of AtlantiCare Hospice.
The bricks will be unveiled at the Tree of Lights Remembrance Celebration November, 17 at ARMC’s Mainland Campus. Options for purchase include a $100 donation for a 4 by 8 inch brick with up to three engraved lines, and a $250 donation for an 8 by 8 inch brick with up to eight engraved lines.
The AtlantiCare Hospice team includes doctors, nurses, social workers, clergy, home health aids and volunteers. The team works with patients and their families to provide palliative and hospice care to those facing life-limiting illnesses. The team also provides grief support to surviving family and friends. AtlantiCare Hospice is part of AtlantiCare Health Services, part of the AtlantiCare network of services.
