COURT HOUSE – The Middle Township Economic Development Council, in conjunction with the Herald newspaper group, announces that the 2nd Annual Restaurant Week in Middle Township will be held Sept. 21 through Sept. 26.
“Middle Township’s Restaurant Week 2014 was our inaugural event and it was a huge success. Many restaurants participated and we are expecting a larger participation level this year,” said Carol Struett, Chairwoman of the Economic Development Council.
During Restaurant Week, restaurants will offer discounts on full course meals while smaller eating establishments may offer discounted specials. Participating restaurants will be promoted through various media and on the website www.MiddleTownshipRestaurantWeek.com. This event will encourage residents and visitors to try various Middle Township restaurants as well as create awareness of the wide variety of eating establishments in Middle Township.
Any restaurant wishing to participate in Middle Township Restaurant Week from Sept. 21 through Sept. 26 should contact Steve Mehl of Herald Newspapers at 609-886-8600 x23. Representatives will also be contacting all restaurants in Middle Township regarding their potential participation in this promotion within the next few weeks.
“I encourage all Middle Township restaurants to participate and all of our residents and guests alike to come out and try the great eateries in Middle Township,” Mayor Tim Donohue said. “By all accounts, last year’s restaurant week was a huge success. We hope to build on the hard work of our Economic Development Council to make Restaurant Week 2015 even bigger and better.”
