The Fishing Line Aug. 3

Wow! What a difference some heat makes. The hot weather slowed, but didn’t stop people from fishing. However, from the results I saw, or didn’t, it was definitely the slowest week in the last three or four. Hopefully when more comfortable summer weather returns, so will the results. Let’s check out what happened this past week.  
Cathy at Sterling Harbor says, “If you are looking for action, there are plenty of fluke being caught.” The back bays and inlets are active areas, while the same message comes from the Cape May Reef, Reef Site 11 and the Old Grounds.
