High Tides Striper Tournament Set Nov. 5

CAPE MAY – The 5th Annual High Tides Striper Tournament, hosted by the Carpenter’s Local 255 of South Jersey, will take place on Sat., Nov. 5. Proceeds benefit the Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund. The event will be held at Off the Hook Bait & Tackle, Hinch Marina, 989 Ocean Drive, Cape May, NJ.
Throughout the year, Brendan’s Fund holds fundraising events to support our programs to assist Cape May County families who have a child or young adult with cancer. The community continues to show a tremendous outpouring of support for these events.
Weigh in will be from 3 – 5 p.m. First prize: $4,000; second prize: $1,000; third prize: $500; fourth prize: $400 fifth prize: $300.
Children’s Category: age 12 and under – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prizes
Awards Ceremony Dinner 6 p.m. at Cape May VFW 419 Congress St., Cape May NJ (guest tickets for dinner are $25).
Captain’s Meeting: 7 p.m. Fri., Nov. 4 at Hinch Marina.
