COURT HOUSE – Experience the tidewater celebration of South Jersey’s coastal heritage and environment – the 29th Annual Wings ‘n Water Festival – scheduled for the weekend of September 17-18, 2011 in various locations in Stone Harbor, Middle Township and Avalon.
