OCEAN CITY — Ocean City’s 101st Baby Parade is set for Thurs., Aug. 12 starting 10:15 a.m. Route is from 6th to 12th St. on the Boardwalk. Over 300 youngsters from infants to 10 years will compete for prizes. This is the longest, continuously running Baby Parade in the world, probably in the Universe. And Ocean City Historian Fred Miller has the year by year run down to prove the point.

YAHOO! A Kid Cowboy Festival produced by Nancy Fox, noted soprano and vocal instructor for the Ocean City Arts Center, is set for Sat., July 31 at St. Peter’s Methodist Church, 8th and Central Ave., from 8:30 a.m. till noon.
The event includes an all-you-can eat cactus and flapjack breakfast for $10 per person, $7 for seniors and $5 for kids.
