Townsends Inlet Civic Center Raises Funds for Holiday Show

By Press Release

Townsends Inlet Civic Center is trying to raise funds to hold its holiday show with Santa for Nov. 29 at 7 p.m.
The annual event has delighted young and old for generations.
Donations in any amount will allow the children to enjoy this longstanding tradition. Those who donate will receive two tickets to the show. Mail donations to T.I. Civic Center Holiday Show PO Box 111, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243. Please include address and phone number.
The center’s exterior will be transformed once again by Santa into Santa’s workshop. As families approach the center, 138-85 St., Sea Isle City, they will peer into the four front holiday windows to view Christmas scenes featuring animated characters, Santa and his elves making toys and his sleigh flying over rooftops delivering gifts.
Once inside, they will see tables filled with treats and hot chocolate before sitting in front of the center’s gold-trimmed stage.
After several sing-a-longs and a series of acts featuring Santa and his elves on a holiday quest, children will be brought to their feet by the announcement that Santa Claus is arriving.
