TOWNSEND’S INLET — The Shell Party Dinner is scheduled for Sat., Sept. 4 and is the most anticipated event of the summer and this year, according to a release. Organizers are adding more restaurants to the menu.
The Townsend’s Inlet Civic Center, 138 85th St., Sea Isle City hosts this event each year.
This year’s proceeds will help pay for an architect, engineer, permits and blueprints for the center’s new facade. Dinner will be from 6-9 p.m.
This event boasts not only dining but also features live entertainment by Dan Barry. He will singing songs from his new CD “I’m Ready.”
Barry will also signing his new CD’s which will be available. There will be a large birthday cake dancing on the dance floor and prizes will be awarded.
Dinner menu features the island’s best homemade and restaurant cuisine including Busch’s, Vince’s, Carmen’s, Lobster Loft, Valarie’s Place, McGowan’s, Azzurra, McGowan’s, Welshie’s, James Candy, Amici’s, Mrs. Briz-zle’s Il Forno and more.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. Take out will be available.
