4th Annual Stone Harbor Shiver

Where: Starting at Stone Harbor Yacht Club – 9001 Sunset Dr, Stone Harbor
Shake off winter and take the plunge, the polar plunge at the 4th Annual Stone Harbor Shiver on St. Patrick’s Day Weekend. The Shiver starts March 14 at a Pre-Plunge party held at the Stone Harbor Yacht Club from 6 to 9 p.m. $15 per person includes food, cash bar, music, raffle and auction. Proceeds from the Pre-Plunge party benefit, in part, Family Promise of Cape May County.
Then put on your costume and come back to Fred’s Tavern on Saturday morning at 9:30 for “Kegs ‘n Eggs” the parade, costume judging the actual plunge and finally, a Post-Plunge party at Fred’s. Sherlock Holmes Weekend

Stalk the gaslit streets in search of clues and compete for the $250 grand prize and a variety of other valuable gifts as you attempt to solve the mystery. St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Parade

Where: North Wildwood City Hall – 10th & Atlantic Aves, North Wildwood
Every year, the organizers tell us it’s bigger and better. Guess what they’re saying today. Yes! More bands, more Irish community groups, more dignitaries—and way more fun! Local Irish groups: The Emerald Society, Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Ladies AOH, Irish Pipe Brigade, 2nd Street Irish Society Pipes and Drums, and the Anglesea Irish Society will march. The ceremony begins on the steps of North Wildwood City Hall at 11:30 a.m. The parade begins at noon and proceeds north on Atlantic Avenue to Olde New Jersey Avenue. 24th Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade & Irish Celebration
Saturday, March 15th from 3:30 to 8 pm
Where: Landis Ave, Sea Isle City
March 15, Mayor Leonard Desiderio and his family will host Sea Isle City’s 24th Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and Irish Celebration. The parade will begin at 3:30 p.m. at 93rd Street and Landis Avenue, and will continue north on Landis before culminating at 63rd Street. In addition to countless shamrock-clad spectators lining Landis Avenue, Sea Isle’s 2014 Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will once again feature many participants, including the Cape Atlantic Police & Fire Irish Pipe Brigade, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Color Guard, Buena Regional High School Marching Band, representatives from local Irish families, civic organizations and businesses, as well as members of the Townsend Inlet Yacht Club. The parade will also include numerous City, County and State officials, Sea Isle’s 2014 “Irish Royal Family” and this year’s grand marshal, Dan Skeldon, of NBC-40.

Years of playing together have formed a unified and questing trio, where improvisation and swing are at the center of their sound, and friendship, the heart of their music.
