OCEAN CITY – The Emmy award winning educational cartoon series, Schoolhouse Rock, leaps onto the Ocean City Music Pier stage for three shows only in August. Guest Director, John Anker Bow leads a cast of professional performers in a high-energy production that features music to teach grammar, math, history, science, social studies and political science, while telling the story of Tom, a young teacher nervously anticipating his first day on the job. The musical features all the upbeat, toe-tapping songs from the cartoon series including “Conjunction Junction”, “Unpack Your Adjectives”, “I’m Just A Bill”, “Interjections” and more.
This spectacular show is entertaining for all ages; both those who remember the Saturday morning School House Rock cartoon series and the new generations who will love the music and dancing.
