Wildwood, NJ – Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the 2013 Fabulous ’50s Concert line-up. The Annual Fabulous ’50s Weekend will take place October 18th – 19th, 2013 in the Wildwoods.
The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce Fabulous ’50s Weekend showcases the Wildwoods rich mid 20th century heritage, and presents a unique and positive image for the island and state. This event also creates a strong post-season tourism event for southern Cape May County. It also adds an additional profitable week for seasonal businesses and their employees, and attracts new businesses to our area. This event has proven it will bring overnight stays to the Wildwoods and surrounding areas.
The Weekend will start with a dance party featuring the David Christopher’s Nifty Fifties Dance Band at the Wildwoods Convention Center on Friday Night. Doors open at 6 pm and the dance starts at 7 pm. Admission costs $15 per person. The Saturday FREE street fair at Fox Park will include food vendors, craft vendors, a classic car show, fun contest and so much more.
