Surf Memorial Annual Surf Contest and Homecoming Fiesta on August 20

AVALON – This year the Surf Memorial takes place at 30th Street Beach, Avalon. Throughout the year Brendan’s Fund holds fundraising events to support our programs to assist Cape May County families who have a child or young adult with cancer. The community continues to show a tremendous outpouring of support for these events.
Saturday, August 20th: 21st Annual Surf Contest, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., on-line pre-registration required at brendansfund.org and is available now, Circle of Friends Ceremony 12:00 p.m. Come and spend a beautiful day at the beach with music, food, friends and family. Supporting Cape May County pediatric cancer.
Saturday, August 20th: 21st Annual Homecoming Fiesta Party at Community Hall 4 – 7 p.m. Come and join us after the surfing contest for all you can eat Tacos and games for the kids inside Community Hall. Tickets are $10 at the door.
