A Coastal Living Festival ‘sails’ into Stone Harbor with treasures, food, and fun for the entire family!
Visit Stone Harbor Saturday and Sunday, May 7-8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. when the 96th Street Shopping District transforms into a fabulous Coastal Living Festival.
Whatever your pleasure, this event has something for you. Peruse a first rate selection of watercrafts, including boats, sailboats, jet skis, kayaks, surfboards, fishing equipment, and more.
Shoppers will find favorite retailers offering specials on last year’s favorites and previews of this season’s best outside in open air shopping faire style.
Creating your own home outdoor space? See the best in pools and spas, outdoor furniture and BBQ grills, and win one! Yes, Seashore Ace, South Jersey’s premier place to shop for outdoor furniture (96th St.) will offer grill demonstrations outside on Saturday. See the best grills 2011 has to offer, and donate $1 to the Children’s Miracle Network for a chance to win a grill in the June 18 grand prize drawing.
Take care of the moms this Mothers’ Day weekend, too with a gift of beautiful flowers and plants from the Stone Harbor Garden Club. The Garden Club will offer first class plantings for sale beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday at the Water Tower Building at 95th St. and Second Avenue.
Stone Harbor is providing lots of free entertainment at the Coastal Living Festival too with art galleries along Second Avenue having artists painting on the sidewalks for guests to view while strolling.
