VILLAS – Scott Breiner will perform an organ recital at St. Barnabas by the Bay Church, 13 W. Bates Ave., Villas, April 26, at 3 p.m. Breiner is the Director of Music at Grace Lutheran Church, Somers Point, and the director of the Cape Shore Chorale.
