Special Jazz Vespers Performances Aug. 21 and Sept. 18

CAPE MAY – Jazz Vespers at the First Presbyterian Church, Hughes and Decatur Streets, Cape May on Aug. 21 and Sept. 18.
Sun., Aug. 21 at 8:00 p.m., the Tony DoRosario Band lights up the Jazz Vespers stage. Tony is making a rare area appearance, returning to one of his favorite venues after moving to Chicago two years ago. Playing passionate jazz guitar, Tony will lead a quartet of the region’s best jazzers and create a night to remember with a mix of contemporary standards and orginals. Don’t miss this chance to hear one of jazz’s finest guitarists in concert.
Sun., Sept. 18 at 8:00 p.m., Grammy-winner Barry Miles returns to the Jazz Vespers stage. Barry has played on movie soundtracks, TV shows, and too many commercials to count. He composes and performs at an elite level that is a true joy to experience. His fine group will play classic jazz tunes, contemporary classics and some original compositions. Come out and enjoy one of the true jazz greats.
Limited free parking is available for both events. A $5 minimum donation is suggested. Wheelchair accessible.
