SOMA NewArt Gallery of Cape May will feature Stan Sperlak of Goshen, NJ in his 6th One Man Show Saturday, August 24th from 6-9PM with a special Meet The Artist Reception. Sperlak, a longtime county resident, is an internationally recognized artist and teacher in the medium of pastel. Having taught in Australia, Scotland, France, Hungary and Italy and many venues in the US, he is just back from presenting at the International Association of Pastel Societies in Albuquerque, NM.
Sperlak, a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and a member of the prestigious Salmagundi Club in New York, will show his latest works in pastel, reflecting the many moods of our cape. Friend Victor Grasso will also be showing several of his latest works as a special guest. The gallery is located at 31 Perry Street in the Carpenters Square Mall in Cape May.
