Sherlock Holmes Weekend Set March 15-17

By Sponsored Content

CAPE MAY – Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s master sleuth, Sherlock Holmes, ponders the evidence to a baffling new mystery for 2013, “Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Anima Orbis,” during Cape May’s Sherlock Holmes Weekend, sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC), March 15 through March 17, 2013.
Holmes is drawn into a case that shakes the very foundation of his beliefs. A group of well-respected academics at a prestigious university has been secretly studying the very essence of the human soul for decades. Their radical experiments and astonishing findings bind them together in secrecy, but their fellowship is threatened when one of them is murdered. Holmes must race to not only save the next victim, but also save his friend, Dr. John Watson, from his own demons.
Throughout the weekend, participants will get in on the chase during the Search for Clues Tour, vie for the $250 grand prize, among others, and enjoy performances, lunch and an optional theatrical production. Full weekend packages are available at $180 per couple or $95 per person. The Search for Clues Tour on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. is also offered as a separate admission of $15. Affordable overnight packages with accommodations are also available. Please call 609-884-5404 or 800-275-4278, ext. 185 for more information or to reserve your overnight package.
