Sea Isle City’s Got Talent “Grand Finale” to Be Held August 12

By Press Release

SEA ISLE CITY – All summer, a bevy of talented performers have been singing and dancing their hearts out during the new Sea Isle City’s Got Talent Contest, which took place each Friday night at the resort’s state-of-the-art Band Shell, JFK Boulevard at the Promenade. Week after week, contestants have been entertaining and delighting large audiences – not to mention a rotating panel of judges, who faced the challenge of choosing only three winners per week. Weekly cash prizes ranged from $50 to $250.
In addition to taking home prize money each week, the goal of every contestant was also to advance to the contest’s Grand Finale on Friday, August 12, 8:00 p.m., when even larger cash prizes will be presented to the summer’s top-three overall performers. The contest’s three grand prizes include $1500 for first place, $750 for second and $350 for third, which will be distributed to winners immediately following the August 12 show.
Prior to the August 12 Grand Finale, the contest’s last “regular” week of competition will take place on Friday, August 5, 8:00 p.m.
Throughout the summer, Sea Isle City’s Got Talent was open to all contestants over age seven and a spotlight was shined on a wide variety of singers, dancers, musicians and other talented performers. Each Friday night, the energy level at the Band Shell has been growing stronger and stronger, and now the Grand Final promises to be the most exciting evening of the year at the South Jersey Shore! Admission is free and all are invited to attend the contest’s final performances of the season on August 12.
