By Sponsored Content

CAPE MAY – Children have fun during themed luncheons at the Carriage House Café & Tearoom on the grounds of Cape May’s Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St. This summer don’t miss the new Princesses & Pirates Luncheons – one of many fun family events sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) – featuring princess dress-up, mani-pedis and etiquette tips for the girls, and pirate gear, pirate walking and balloon swords for the boys. There’s a story, too!
Fridays at 11:30 a.m. from July 5 through Aug. 23. $23 for adults and $15 for children (ages 3-12), includes lunch. Teddy Bear Tea Parties, also at the Carriage House Café and Tearoom, include kid-friendly menus and teddy bear music with Miss Jeanne and Mocha the Bear. Attendees hear stories and take home a goody bag! $18 for adults and $10 for children (ages 3-12). Teddy Bear Tea Parties are offered Saturday, June 29 at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and Sundays, July 7, July 21, Aug. 4 and Aug. 18 at 12 p.m. Events are sponsored by Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC), a multifaceted not-for-profit organization committed to promoting the preservation, interpretation, and cultural enrichment of the Cape May region for its residents and visitors.
