Physick Estate gets crafty for Christmas in July

By On Deck Staff

Celebrate Christmas in July on the grounds of Cape May’s Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., on July 25.
Santa gets outfitted for summer and greets visitors to the Estate, several crafts vendors sell unique hand-made gifts and a live band plays some Christmas songs to get you in the spirit of the season.
Make the month of July a little more merry with the Christmas in July Crafts Show, sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC), from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Some of the vendors at the show include: Celtic Chairde Creations, selling handmade body butters, lip balms, lotions, bath salts, sugar scrubs and unique jams and jellies; Barefoot Angel, selling all-natural, hand-poured soy candles and gifts, as well as angel Christmas ornaments; Cape May Creations, selling hand-painted glassware, original watercolors and prints primarily of Cape May; Tracy Tayan Designs, selling sterling silver jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and anklets created with pearls, stones and crystals; and Carol’s Dream, selling wooden Christmas stakes, Christmas balls, snowmen, and Santas.
Admission to the grounds is free. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
