CAPE MAY- Cape May’s Washington Street Mall hosted Trick or Treat on Oct. 20 before the Annual Halloween Parade began. Hundreds of people gathered to see the creative and ghoulish costumes parading through the mall and to admire the collection of Fall Merchants handmade scarecrows.
